This Privacy Notice describes the practices of Lake Effect HR & Law, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Lake Effect”) in collecting, using, disclosing and protecting personal information received or obtained from visitors to our website located at https://le-hrlaw.com (“Site”).

Not an attorney-client relationship
Transmission and receipt of information on the Site is not intended to create an attorney-client relationship nor will the act of sending e-mail or forms to attorneys at Lake Effect create an attorney-client relationship.
This Privacy Notice does not govern our collection, use, disclosure, or protection of information that you provide to us as a client, or that you provide while consulting with us about a prospective engagement, or otherwise during the course of legal representation as our practices with respect to such information are governed by applicable ethical rules and our client engagement letters.
What Personal Information is collected?
Information you provide to us. We may collect Personal Information about you when you provide it to us (a) while registering for, attending, or communicating with us about any of our events or (b) when using or interacting with our Site, including when contacting us through the Site form or direct email. In those circumstances, we may collect Personal Information such as the following when you provide it to us:

Children under the age of 18.
